Project bar chart incorporates material procurement, dispatch and erection up-to handover.
Quality assurance plan incorporates material certification, stage inspection up-to hand over.
HIPM is a single point of contact for total project planning, communication & execution.
We perform periodic site visit and reporting to Client/Consultant on project development.

Hamdule Industries site engineer/s works round the clock and ensures the safety of Hamdule Industries personnel on-site.
The onsite engineer is always equipped with required project team strength and infrastructure.
The project manager has a real time updates from on-site engineers.
We conduct presentation of project status in weekly / bi-monthly project progress meetings at site with Client / Consultant.
Preparation of periodic billing for Client / Consultant.
After testing of required pressure with confirmation to the QAP, project handover of piping system is declared.
